Green Tea or Simply Herbal Tea is a part of my daily routine. I love to enjoy different flavors of Herbal Tea but Green Tea is my favorite. It refreshes my mind and is good for evening breaks. And yes, it has a lot of health benefits including immunity-boosting 💪. Recently, I tried First Bud Organics which is India’s Green Tea Brand and I am totally amazed by the purity of the variants they have. Packaging
All the 3 variants have the same packaging. It comes in a tin box with all the details on it. There is an inner foil pouch in which tea leaves come in. So this makes it really easy to store. Just need to cut the pouch and empty the leaves in the tin box. The lid has inner plastic protection which makes it travel-friendly too. The lid is totally secure because I didn’t notice tea leaves absorbing moisture plus it comes with a tiny moisture absorbing pouch inside.

Directions
Bring Water (200ml) to boil and let it cool down to 90 C, Add 2gm tea leaves (cover with lid) to brew for 3-4 minute according to taste. Tea leaves can be reused 1 to 2 times.

👉 My Experience
Okay! The very first thing, never take Green Tea for the sole purpose of weight loss. Experts say you need to have 4-5 cups of Green Tea for weight loss. In fact, I’ll say, focus on fat loss instead of weight loss. Weight is just a number defining many things. It consists of Bone Mass, Muscle Mass, Fat Content and Everything.

Now Herbal Tea which has a high content of Cinnamon and Green Tea in it is really effective in fat loss. They don’t work overnight, they just help our body in the fat burning process aided with diet and workout, that’s why they are termed as slimming tea. It is just like something is better than nothing.
This tea mixture has visible high content of cinnamon along with some different kind of leaves. In fact, the aroma has dominance of cinnamon. I brewed the tea as per directions.

The taste has again the dominant flavor of cinnamon followed by a pinch of lemongrass and ginger. And when there is Ginger, I love it! I like to have some strong flavors in my herbal tea and I really enjoy it. I don’t like mild or sweet blends and this tea doesn’t have any mildness in it. I am not saying it is bitterly strong, but enough to wake your senses. Because it doesn’t have the pure Green Tea taste which many people find it boring, it will not disappoint you. I enjoy it sometimes during morning mid-break or in my evening break and it totally relaxes my mind.
So if you want to include Herbal Tea in your routine for Fat Loss, make sure it has Ingredients like Green Tea, Ginger, Cinnamon and Garnica which are really effective for Fat Loss.

👉 My Experience
The aroma and the taste are exact like tulsi. It felt like I plucked some tulsi leaves and used in my tea. Because I was having Tulsi Drops daily in a glass of water so I got familiar easily with the pure taste of tulsi. This tea is a mixture of 3 kinds of Tulsi.

The taste has no other flavor, no bitterness, or mildness, just pure tulsi tea. I take it sometimes when I feel tired or exhausted and my brain needs something purifying. 👉 My Experience
This tea has refreshing aroma if mint and even the taste has dominance of it. One sip of this tea has 80% of Mint in it so yes it is really refreshing. To my surprise, the taste is not uncomfortable, it fact it is soothing. It also gives a cooling sensation on the taste buds just like after chewing a mouth freshener.

I don’t take it on a regular basis. I only enjoy when I want to give my tea routine a break because it has only refreshing ingredients such as Lemongrass and Mint. It is really great for a healthy refreshing tea-time break.
