It is been over a few months since I moved my website from InMotion Hosting to Lyrical Host and I won’t be kidding when I say, my website is finally in the right hands.
I am not a tech expert and neither I know in depth about hosting providers so this post is coming from a blogger who only wants to focus on her blog and content without worrying much about the technical issues.

Why did I move to Lyrical Host?
More importantly, Why did I choose only Lyrical Host for my blog?
Although, I covered most of this part when I was sharing My Experience with InMotion Hosting, in case you missed it, here is why I moved to Lyrical Host.
When I started feeling that my previous hosting provider, Inmotion Hosting wasn’t providing me the best performance and best customer service. I realized it was high time I should move my website to a better hosting provider.
At that time, like most people, I too knew only commercial names such as Bluehost, Siteground, Hostinger, Hostgator, and many such names but I wasn’t aware of Lyrical Host.
I spent days and weeks researching hosting providers but I couldn’t pick one. None of them made me feel like, yes, this is the one until one day, someone responded to my question in a Facebook group and recommended, Lyrical Host.

2. They Got their own Cache + WordPress/Developer Help
While going through the list of everything I will be getting with my hosting plan, I was literally surprised to see that I will be getting “in-built cache” and “WordPress Support“!
WordPress Support? Seriously? I immediately contacted customer care to know exactly what is in the website support and they explained that anything along with hosting-related issues, they will be offering complete WordPress help.

For problems, my previous hosting provider used to say “You need to contact a WordPress developer”,

I further asked about the in-built cache and more features they mentioned in their plan, and they said you don’t need to download or buy any additional cache plugin 😉 or backup-related plugins as their system will be handling it on its own to ensure speed, security, and performance.
On top of it, they clearly mentioned, that if your website goes viral and starts generating higher traffic, you wouldn’t face any lag, speed, or SSD-related issues as they help your website to welcome that traffic smoothly.

2. They Have Their Own Built-in CDN – Data Centers all around the World
I don’t like Cloudflare. It has made my website stuck so many times.
I was almost about to pay for other CDN services.
When the Lyrical team informed me that they utilize data centers from all over the world, basically their own CDN, I couldn’t express how relieved I was.
I informed them that I blog from India and that I need to serve both my Indian and international audiences. They explained how they utilize their own CDN, serving the content to the reader sitting anywhere in the world smoothly, without affecting website speed.

Providing discounts for the first-time buyer and doubling up the rates when it comes to renewing, every hosting provider.
But Lyrical Host, clearly mentioned that there will be no higher renewal charges, and the price remains the same as they were when you buy for the first time. Tell me you are not impressed?!

Next thing I know, they not only offer the same renewal price but shorter packages as well.
You don’t need to commit to a whole year or 3 years in order to get discounts. You can buy a monthly or even 6-month package if you feel like it. I was sold at this point and couldn’t wait to start the migration process.
5. Super Easy Migration Process
When I confirmed to them that I wanted to migrate my website here, at Lyrical Host, they simply asked me to book a date from their calendar along with the login details of my previous provider and sit back and relax.
They contacted me again on the migration date to confirm the details and they proceeded with the migration.
I didn’t have to do a single thing. They did everything while I was simply enjoying my Netflix and Herbal Tea.
Because my website had heavy data, it took around 24 hours for the complete migration. They ran a malware check, did the final checks, and voila! Migration was done.
I didn’t have any sub-domain or any email accounts but if you have, that will be a part of the free migration service too.
6. Additional FREE Resources and Stock Photos
That’s the sweetest thing I have ever come across when it comes to Hosting Providers. They offer stock photo packs (Paid) and additional resources (FREE) to be used by Lyrical Host customers.

After Moving to Lyrical Host – My Experience
The day I finally moved to Lyrical, they welcomed me into their very own sweet little Facebook Group, and after spending months in that group, I can say without any doubt, that, that group is filled with the most positive vibe and supportive people. They are like family.
Within, a few days, I won’t lie, I started noticing a huge improvement in my website analytics.

They do offer to install website themes and set plugins if you need help in that case. Problems like that aren’t actually hosting-related problems, but they are ready to help in that matter too.
Whether it is some random link-related issue on my website or something is not displaying right or if my Google Analytics is not showing up the right data, all I have to open a ticket with Lyrical Host and it is all sorted.
They are always there for me and that’s what I love the most.
4. I got all the WordPress + Developer related help I needed
I have raised 100+ tickets to date with Lyrical and none of them are hosting-related.
Once, I wanted to set up Webp conversion of my website images and they were able to set it up because, for some reason, the Webp plugin wasn’t working. Though, I don’t use WebP anymore and only stick to default JPG images.
They helped me set up and verify Mailerlite on my blog. It is usually easy but for reason, I couldn’t properly do it.
They helped me set up the entire Plausible Analytics plugin and script. For some reason, Plausible’s proxy feature wasn’t working on my site and the team at Plausible after a point said they were unable to help beyond this as they were not able to figure out the issue.
Lyrical Host, on the other hand, continued working on this, until it was fully resolved. I genuinely felt sad that the Lyrical team had to step up and help with the issue which ideally should be looked at by the Plausible team.
I mean, no matter what problem I ran into which was not even related to hosting in the first place, those guys stepped in and helped me in all the matters.

I was wondering if this might be more of a beginner’s guide but I was so wrong. Their course and even their free blog articles provided me such in-depth insights that I wasn’t aware of in these years of blogging.

I am here in India, and they are far away in the UK and yet I could feel that warmth and vibe.
