“Dove“, no doubt is a great skincare brand known for its mildness. I have oily skin & scalp & that’s why I’m not much inclined towards Dove.  But it works super great when it comes to dryness. It is like Magic for Dry Skin. Within few days, Dove will heal your dryness issue and will restore your skin moisture. But you all know I love trying out Newly Launched products and that’s why I tried my Hands on Dove Advanced Hair Series – Rejuvenated Volume Shampoo & Conditioner (for thinning hair). Let’s see how it worked for me!

Color & Consistency: Comes in White Color & has Runny Consistency. 


Effectiveness: It gave the result from the first use! The Volume & Bounce was noticeable from the first wash. I didn’t expect this because there are so many products claiming what not! But they end up just like regular normal products. Here the Volume was noticeable.

It requires much more quantity to clean your hair. I have to take it like 2-3 times to form a good amount of foam. Even when I haven’t oiled my hair. That’s the only negative point here. I can’t say much about the strengthening or nourishing as I didn’t notice any such difference in terms of moisture. But yes, it cleans your scalp very well and leave no trace of oil & dirt behind and also adds bounce to your hair.

Color & Consistency: Pure white in color & has a creamy consistency. 

Effectiveness: For keeping frizz at bay, conditioner is important. It adds the moisture and makes it look more healthy. Plus, conditioned hair doesn’t get that oily dirty scalp that fast if compared to non-conditioned hair.

This conditioner gives you that soft and nourished feeling while washing your hair. But I didn’t notice any such change in my hair post usage. Neither in Nourishment nor in frizziness. I experimented and didn’t apply conditioner one time to notice the change. But again. the same frizzy hair was there. Talking about Conditioning, I like Head & Shoulder’s Conditioner. It adds the nourishment and softness to your hair.

Cons

  • No effect on Frizziness
