After giving the Biolage series a try through their various options I can now easily trust that range for my hair. I picked up the Matrix Biolage Fiberstrong range after I finished my smoothproof range. I like how Biolage’s every variant solves the purposes we end up facing throughout the year.

The reason I purchased the Fiberstrong range was I wanted to explore their other options also, the humid season was at its peak causing my scalp and hair to turn super greasy within a day of hair wash causing my hair to lose its strength and ultimately, increasing hair fall.

Review – Matrix Biolage Fiberstrong Shampoo and Conditioner

My Hair Type: Depends on the season, but my hair stays dry with an oily scalp for most of the year.

Packaging: It comes in standard Biolage packaging of the opaque color-themed bottle with a flip-flop cap and a squeezable tube for the conditioner. The bottle is easy to use as it doesn’t lose its shape when the product is about to be over which is super convenient for use.

Fragrance: I won’t say fruity but Biolage fiberstrong range does have some sort of leafy hint to it. Not at all heavy or irritating.

My Experience

As I mentioned, I bought this because my hair was feeling weak due to the extreme humidity. I am glad I picked this range up as it did exactly what I wanted and made it to my list of favorites.

My concern was not only to have oil-free hair for more than a day but to have that soft and healthy hair texture back. From the very first usage of the Matrix Biolage Fiberstrong Shampoo followed by conditioner, it improved my hair texture and look way too much.

My hair felt so soft, easy to manage, and smooth without feeling weighed down that too from just one wash. The shampoo alone made a lot of difference in thoroughly cleansing my scalp without making it too rough or dry while making my hair look healthy.

The greasiness I was facing got in control after the Fiberstrong range. My scalp stayed oil-free for about 2.5 days which is good for me.

I love how the shampoo is strong enough to clean all the oil and impurities while still managing to add that shine and softness to my hair. Matrix Biolage Fiberstrong even worked great on my oiled hair.

With regular usage, I noticed how my hair fall stopped as my hair strands weren’t feeling that weak anymore. I usually don’t face hair fall but when I do it is either due to the season or the product.

Talking about the Matrix Biolage Fiberstrong conditioner, it definitely helped with making my hair manageable and adding that healthy shine to my hair. It didn’t turn my hair heavy or greasy which makes it perfect.
