My Personal Favourites

Fragrance: Vitamin C serums always have that exciting citrusy fragrance which is my most and all-time favorite fragrance. This one smells like a blast of citrus fruits without being overpowering. I really like it. It is kind of refreshing for the mind as well.
My Experience
I started using Aparas Beauty Vitamin C serum twice a day after cleansing and before moisturizing. The first thing I noticed was the texture and consistency. It is a transparent lightweight facial-oil-like texture. It feels exactly like a facial oil when I massage it onto my face.
The best thing I immediately felt was how it feels like facial oil but doesn’t feel heavy, thick, or sticky. I remember my experience with Prolixr vitamin c serum and that one used to feel super sticky the moment I applied it.

Apsaras Beauty Vitamin C serum reminded me of Nykaa Facial Oil. I spent enough time massaging it onto my skin making sure it is absorbed. It even gave me a nice base for my gua-sha massage. I then skipped my facial oil and jumped straight to moisturizer.
I loved how my skin looked and felt post massaging and completing my nighttime skincare routine. It felt soft and completely nourished without any heaviness or oiliness.
I continued this serum for a month or probably more than that. Sometimes I only used it during the night because I used Niacinamide in the morning and some days I skipped it when I had to use my Retinol.
I never pair my Vitamin C serum with any other serum. Within weeks, I started noticing results. My skin looked visibly brighter every morning. Even though there were still acne marks, there was clarity on my skin that I could definitely see.

My main use of Vitamin C serum is to deal with day-to-day damage, prevent early aging signs, and maintain supple and radiant skin. After a month of usage, I could see some of my acne marks going lighter. My hyperpigmentation was still there though around my lips but I did notice a teeny-tiny bit of improvement.
The area on my cheeks and surrounding it looked visibly healthier and clear. Pimple marks on my chin started to reduce. They still exist when looked upon closely but there is a visible fading that I can notice.
I am honestly kind of impressed with Apsaras Beauty’s Vitamin C serum. Honestly, touchwood, I do not have much of skin concerns going on as I really invested in my skincare but the way this vitamin c serum made my skin look clearer and brighter, and gave me visible results, I love it.
The facial oil-like texture is an added bonus and the best part is it worked for my sensitive and acne-prone skin. It didn’t give me a breakout or any reaction.

The consistency is perfect for winter and for all skin types but during summer, I will be only using it at night because my skin will turn oily in that hot and humid season and I am not sure if my skin will handle it during day time.
One thing I make sure of is to stick to my sunscreen. Either Episoft or Lakme Sun Expert Ultramatte lotion.
Final Thoughts
I am genuinely impressed with the Apsaras Beauty Vitamin C serum. I love the fact that it feels like a facial oil and leaves skin soft upon massaging. It is lightweight and didn’t make my skin sticky. It definitely resulted in brighter skin and over time, I could see it working on fading pimple marks and making my skin visibly clear and healthy. Works for my sensitive and acne-prone skin.
