TIGI Bed Head Shampoo Review – Re-Energize Variant

I got to know about the Brand TIGI when I received TIGI Bed Head Re-Energize Shampoo (Green Tube) in my Nykaa Pink Friday Sale PR Box. When I Googled about TIGI Shampoo I was amazed to see that it is a Brand designed by Hairdressers, for Hairdressers and their clients.

Because this was totally new to me, I Googled more about the TIGI Brand to see what the world was saying about shampoo from this Brand.

After going through TIGI Shampoo Reviews, I realized it is a brand that is loved by many throughout the globe and this particular product, Urban Anti-Dotes Re-Energize Shampoo is a favorite for many but at the same time, faces some negative reviews. In short, It has mixed reviews.

Before going through the mixed reviews, I had already given this Shampoo a try, the next day I received it and had a great experience, that’s when I decided to share my own experience with Bed Head Shampoo (Green Bottle).

Packaging

It comes in an attractive squeezable green tube with a flip-flop cap having all the details on it. Initially, it is easy to squeeze out the shampoo but once the product starts to get empty, it generates some pressure within the tube which makes it so tough to squeeze out the shampoo.

Fragrance

Just what the Product says – Tropical Twist. If you have known me, read my blog, or even follow me on my Instagram, then you know how sensitive I am to fragrances and how much I enjoy decent fragrance-based products. A good fragrance works like therapy.

I really enjoy the fresh tropical fragrance of this TIGI Shampoo and it is not at all annoying or bothering.

My Experience with TIGI Bed Head Shampoo

The first thing I noticed about the TIGI Bed Head Re-Energize Shampoo was the shiny particles in its texture. It claims to boost the shine and I could see it coming.

I started by massaging and lathering up onto my scalp. I like it when a shampoo lathers up.

In general, non-lathering shampoos are considered good for the hair because it means they are from sulfates but I just love the feel of foam when I shampoo.

Added Shine to My Hair

After rinsing off the shampoo and once my hair was completely dried, I could visibly notice the shine in my hair. Not kidding, not a placebo effect! The shine was real!

It made my hair so soft to the touch, so fluffy and shiny that I was constantly touching my hair and enjoying the feel of soft and smooth hair.

It was honestly like, I came home from a hair spa or something like that.

The effect lasted for a good 3 to 4 days then my scalp and hair started getting oily. That’s the usual routine for my hair.

Good enough for oiled hair

I also wanted to see if it works on oily hair so I massaged my hair with hair oil, left it overnight, and washed it the next day with this Shampoo and it amazingly washed away the oil without leaving any traces.

How using Coconut Oil solved all My Hair Problems

I usually had to do 2 rounds of shampoo to be on the safe side because it is really annoying when I notice traces of oil or stickiness once the hair gets dry after washing.

But the TIGI Bed Head Shampoo washed away all the oil and dirt in one go. The shampoo itself is so softening that I didn’t find the need to use the conditioner.

About the Hairfall…

Now there is a constant amount of hair fall I face. I didn’t notice any reduction in the hair fall after using TIGI Shampoo but luckily, it didn’t increase the hair fall either.

When I was going through the reviews, a lot of people were complaining about how this TIGI Re-Energize Shampoo increased their hair fall or made their hair thinner than before but luckily, in my case, it worked really fine.

At the same time, I can’t deny the fact that a lot of people do find hair fall issues with this. So, If you are already facing hair fall or thinning of hair, not trying this TIGI Shampoo will be the best idea.

TIGI Bed Head Shampoo worked amazingly for me. It added a visisble shine to my hair from the first use and made my hair super soft, manageable, and smooth to the touch. Like I came from a Salon with some Hair Spa. It didn’t work on hair fall but didn’t increase either so it is good for me.
