Milagro Beauty Vitamin C Serum Review

Sale Alert for my readers-

Were you aware of the Brand Milagro? I wasn’t! I was introduced to this Brand via its Vitamin C Serum only. I have been using Milagro Beauty Vitamin C Serum for quite some time now and I think it’s time to share a review on it. At this point, I don’t see many reviews of Milagro Vitamin C serum on the Internet.

As much I can remember, Milagro was recently launched in early 2022 at Nykaa and after doing some research, this Brand has been in the market since 2018. As per what is shared on Nykaa and Milagro’s own website, it is an Indian Brand with Natural, 100% Vegan, and Cruelty-Free Products.

What to Expect from a Vitamin C Serum?

Vitamin C serum is a popular skin care product that is said to have a number of benefits for the skin. Vitamin c is an antioxidant that can help to protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals. It is also said to be helpful in stimulating collagen production, which can help to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

In addition, Vitamin C is believed to help promote wound healing and can even help to reduce the risk of skin cancer.

I personally like to think of Vitamin C serum as a healthy inclusion in the skincare regime. I think it is both, a preventative and correcting measure. Using Vitamin C serum daily can help delay early signs of aging and can also prevent the skin from daily environmental stress and at the same time can help the skin to heal and improve its health.

Review – Milagro Beauty Vitamin C Serum

My Skin Type: Combination-Oily Skin in Summer, Dry in Winter, Sensitive, and Acne-Prone Skin

Packaging: It comes in a fancy translucent bottle with a pump covered by a lid. There is also further an outer box which I am pretty sure I have lost already. I really like the packaging in terms of looks as it makes the product look like a luxurious concentrate but there is no information on the bottle at all.

Plus, it could be a batch error, but the pump doesn’t work at all. It spreads the serum in all directions. I should have kept the box.

I have also started to note all the dates of my products stored on my iPad for future use. Or I can have a giant box full of empty cartons. This just clicked my mind and I might go for it.

Fragrance: It is so refreshing. It feels like all the tangerines and citrus fruits are squeezed together. At the same time, it reminds me of Cinthol Lemon Bathing Bar. Quite a familiar one.

My Experience

After cleansing, I take one pump onto my palm and gently tap it all across my face without rubbing it in, allowing the serum to be absorbed by the skin. It didn’t feel sticky at all and was absorbed quickly without leaving any greasy or glossy feel on the skin.

If you have read my review on Prolixr Vitamin C serum, you would relate to that. That one used to leave such a heavy glossy sticky layer on the skin. I am glad Milagro Vitamin C Serum isn’t like that and feels totally lightweight on the skin.

Once the serum is all absorbed, I follow up with my moisturizer. The moisturizer went easily on the skin without feeling heavy or layered up.

I followed this routine for weeks and I definitely noticed an improvement in my skin texture. Every time I applied a skincare product or the serum itself, my skin felt a lot more soft and supple.

With the regular usage, there was a noticeable brightness on my skin. I could say my skin looked a lot more fresh and breathable. There was some sort of clarity that I couldn’t pinpoint because all the acne marks were still there.

The freshness faded away quickly though as the temperature got hot and humid and my skin felt a lot more oily and sweaty. At the end of the day, my skin looked like a glazed potato. I blame the weather.

Though, overall I do see the Milagro Beauty Vitamin C Serum giving a brighter appearance with regular usage, day and night.

Coming to whether Milagro Beauty Vitamin C Serum worked on the marks and hyperpigmentation. Well, I don’t see any results in terms of hyperpigmentation but it did sort of fade away minor acne marks. But, those deep acne scars are still here on my chin. It might be too soon to comment on the hyperpigmentation because a lot of times our skin can take up to 90 days to show results when it comes to deep-rooted skin concerns.

That being said, if you start using a Vitamin C serum, you can possibly avoid or delay early hyperpigmentation especially if you are in your late 20s.

Sometimes, our skin can show signs as a warning of something happening in our body. Lack of any vitamins, nutrients or even sleep can lead to acne, roughness, or unevenness on the skin. One best solution to this is 20-mins of Sun intake and if you can’t for some reason, including a Vitamin D supplement will help. I personally take one too.

If you are already dealing with hyperpigmentation, adding a Vitamin C serum won’t harm but might not provide the expected results depending on the situation. Depending on the intensity, it is best to consult a doctor.

You might notice me mentioning Minimalist Brand a lot because that is the only brand I trust for clear simple targeted solutions and their products have actually worked for me.

Coming back to Milagro Beauty Vitamin C serum, apart from the obvious glow and hydration, it did impart radiance, softness, and visible clarity. Plus, it doesn’t feel sticky so it is definitely a decent option to consider.

I didn’t notice any side effects or breakouts and worked fine for my sensitive and acne-prone skin.

Despite liking the Milagro Beauty Vitamin C Serum and getting really noticeable results, I feel the price is much higher. If you want to grab it, go for it under sale only. After the Recast vitamin c serum changes its formula, I think it is a good one to consider.

Summing Up

Milagro Beauty Vitamin C serum worked well for my oily, sensitive, and acne-prone skin. It gets quickly absorbed by the skin and doesn’t leave any stickiness behind. With regular usage, I noticed definite improvements in my skin. My skin feels soft, brighter, smooth, and supple and there is a noticeable clarity on my face. Looks like it faded away tiny pimple marks up to some level. Didn’t work on hyperpigmentation or deep acne marks in my case. It is ideal if you are facing dullness or roughness on your skin.

Pros

  • Lightweight
  • Gets Absorbed Quickly
  • No stickiness

  • Noticed a visible radiance
  • Noticed some clarity
  • Leaves skin soft and supple

Cons

  • The Pump doesn’t work
  • No effect on hyperpigmentation
