Review – Simple Replenishing Rich Moisturizer

My Skin Type: Combination to Oily, Sensitive, and Acne-Prone Skin. Goes Dry During Winter.

Packaging: It comes in a squeezable plastic bottle with a flip-flop cap having a nozzle for the controlled flow of the product. The bottle itself has all the labels and information required so in case you throw away the outer packaging, you have all the information you need. The packaging is travel-friendly and mess-free as well.

Fragrance: It has no noticeable fragrance as such but while applying you can sense a fragrance that often comes in products based on Vitamin E. So I guess this is the default fragrance of Vitamin-E.

My Experience

I recently started using Caladryl Skin Soothing (Calamine and Diphenhydramine Hydrochlrodide) Lotion on my face because of the allergies I often get during season change.

My sensitive skin often turns red with allergic rashes and pimples and this Skin Allergy Expert Lotion from Caladryl is really helping me to get away with all the redness and pimples but that also makes my skin a little bit dry. Now the winds are getting drier, and my skin is moving to a dry skin zone from combination to oily, and to deal with that, this Simple Replenishing Rich Moisturizer is really helping me out.

I started using it as night time moisturizer to see how intensively rich the moisturizer is. The consistency is like a semi-thick moisturizer which is easy to apply and massage on the face. Even being a rich moisturizer, it doesn’t feel that heavy, sticky, or greasy on the face but still does the job of nourishing dry skin. Only a pea-sized amount covers the whole face and neck.

During humid days, it was slightly heavy for my skin but as the season changed, it became my everyday morning and night moisturizer.

Upon massaging it instantly gives relief from the dryness/stretchy skin and true to the claims, it actually keeps the skin moisturized for a long time as if it nourishes your skin from deep within.

With regular usage, I can say it keeps skin soft and supple and adds a subtle glow to the face. The skin actually looks healthy from within. I got the same results with Simple Light Moisturizer as well during Hot and Humid Days.

Now, I use Simple Replenishing Rich Moisturizer Day and Night because winter is slowly approaching and winds are getting drier. I and my skin simply love it. I got no breakouts or irritation and it also works great under makeup as well.

So for Summer, my oily skin loves Simple Light Hydrating Moisturizer and as the season changes and my skin gets dry, I switch to Simple Replenishing Rich Moisturizer.

If you are a Dry Skin person, Simple Rich Moisturizer is what you need. You can blindly go for this moisturizer as it is not only effective but affordable as well. For oily skin people, consider using this when your skin feels dry.

I still love my Innisfree Orchid Moisturizer but that can literally burn a hole in your pocket which makes me love my Simple Moisturizers even more as it is dedicated to sensitive skin, does the job, makes your skin healthy, and comes in budget.

Summing Up

Simple Replenishing Rich Moisturizer is the best moisturizer for dry, sensitive, and acne-prone skin as it works on your dryness and makes your skin healthy and nourished from within. It is the best moisturizer for oily, sensitive, and acne-prone skin as well when oily skin turns dry due to season change or any allergy if. Basically, it is the best paraben-free moisturizer to heal dryness and bring healthy and nourished skin.
