Re’equil Under Eye Cream Review

The Brand Re’equil gained my trust when I first tried Re’equil Oxybenzone and OMC Free Sunscreen SPF 50 PA+++ as it turned out the first-ever sunscreen to work for my sensitive and acne-prone skin. That’s when I decided to consider more products from the brand while looking for new eye cream options, I decided to give Re’equil Under Eye Cream a try.

Well, I have dark circles by birth and I have always had them till date including some fine lines. Now, I know that no eye cream can totally vanish the dark circles and fine lines, but having an eye cream in our skincare routine can help nourish the eye area and avoid any dryness. If paired with better sleep, eye creams do deliver some good results.

I have tried so many eye creams during my teenage days, before I even started blogging, and everytime I would say that yes it works, but not like an exceptional one. And I think that is the story with every eye cream.

Which is why, I always hesitate to spend heavy amount on eye creams because at the end of the day, I know sleep is what I need to get drastic results, an eye creams just aids the process of it.

It is not like we should get rid of eye creams as they don’t work like magic when it comes to treat dark circles, it is just, it is always better to have an eye cream to nourish the eye area than not having at all.

The area around the eye, also referred to as periorbital area is prone to hyperpigmentation due to various internal or external stressors. Review – Re’equil Under Eye Cream

Packaging: It comes in a squeezable top with a screw cap, a pointy nozzle to dispense the product directly under the eyes. The tube has an expiry date mentioned on it so if you throw away the outer box, you still be having the information.

Fragrance: It doesn’t have a very strong fragrance as such, just a decent one which is there when you sniff. Plus I have got cold while writing this post so I can’t sniff and recall what kind of fragrance it exactly had.

My Experience

I start by dispensing it under my area and massaging gently and slowly in circular motions with my ring finger.

The texture and consistency feels totally right for the eye area. It is light on the skin and easily gets absorbed without leaving the skin sweaty.

Re’equil Under Eye Cream instantly nourishes the area soothing any dry-itch if any.

For the first few days, there was not any noticeable difference in dark circles or the texture around the eye. Though it kept my area soft and moisturized.

After a few weeks, there was a slight difference under the eye area. Darkness was slightly reduced and fine lines from the outer corner were reduced a bit.

But all of it went back to 0 when I woke up till late and had some screen work. I am not proud of it but I am just being honest.

I still kept the application of the Re’equil Under Eye Cream on the regular basis, day and night, and noticed Re’equil Under Eye Cream does give slight results but all of it keeps coming and back depending on my sleep routine. The day I had a really good sleep, my area looked really healthy and nourished. The day my sleep routine got disturbed, it all came back to panda eyes.

At the same time, I won’t say that Re’equil Under Eye Cream did wonder to my eye area or is a magical eye cream because there was no exceptional outstanding results. But, it isn’t bad either. It is not like it didn’t worked at all. It does gives short-term results, keeps the eye area soft and nourished which is good.

I am just happy that I didn’t spend a thousand over the Re’equil Under Eye Cream because that is when it hurts the most. Because if it is going to work as a regular budget-friendly eye cream with short-terms results then what’s the point of burning a hole in the pocket.

The best part, Re’equil Under Eye Cream doesn’t heavy at all around the eyes. Doesn’t leave any stickiness behind and doesn’t feel sweaty at all.

Summing Up…

Re’equil Under Eye Cream is a good lightweight eye cream for everyday use. It nourishes the under eye area without being heavy or sticky. Doesn’t leave the eye area sweaty. Instantly soothes dryness. Delivers visible but short-term results such as reduction in dark circles and fine lines up to some level. The results all vanishes when sleep routine gets disturbed.
