Review – Ponds Light Moisturizer

My Skin Type: Combination in Summers, Dry in Winters, Sensitive, and Acne-Prone Skin

Packaging: It comes with a cute sleek round tube with a screw lid. The packaging is travel-friendly and mess-free and comes with all the required information such as price, ingredients, and expiry date.

Fragrance: It has a mild floral fragrance that is pleasant and not at all bothering.

My Experience…

I start by taking a pea-sized amount and notice the super lightweight texture. The cream is neither thick nor runny, just the perfect lightweight consistency.

The moment I started massaging, it immediately soothed the dry areas, and within seconds, it was all absorbed by the skin leaving a healthy glow behind.

True to the claims, there was no awkward shine or stickiness. Just the moisturized glow.

The intensity of the moisturizer is neither too thick nor too light, it is ideal to keep the skin moisturized for hours without being heavy on the skin and I can say, it is going to work even in the hot summer days.

I used it for day and night and didn’t give my acne-prone skin any breakouts. There was no clogging of pores or any sign of reaction. Ponds light moisturizer worked for my sensitive and acne-prone skin really well.

It also worked great under my makeup. I wore this Pond’s light moisturizer under my FACES Foundation and my skin stayed perfectly moisturized.

In case you are wondering if it made any difference with the regular usage then I will say, no, there weren’t any major noticeable differences on my skin with the regular usage. It is simply an everyday light moisturizer to keep the skin soft, moisturized, and glowing.

This Ponds Light Moisturizer works perfectly fine with my Caladryl Calamine Skin Expert Lotion, Klairs Supple Preparation Facial Toner, and Recast Vitamin-C Serum.

It isn’t a thick or intense moisturizer but I can say it works great on dryness. During winter or during the season change, my skin gets really dry and this Pond’s Light Moisturizer kept my dry skin moisturized for hours.

Plus point, Ponds Light Moisturizer can be used as a body cream too such as on foot, neck, elbows, and wherever you need a moisturizer.

If you are a dry-skinned person, you are going to love this. In fact, Ponds Light Moisturizer is going to work for all skin types as per my experience.

Ponds Light Moisturizer is a great everyday moisturizer that is super lightweight on the skin. It keeps my skin moisturized for hours without being sticky or heavy. It leaves my skin soft with a healthy nourished glow. Works great on winter dryness and is suitable for all skin types as it is lightweight, non-oily, and non-sticky. It didn’t cause any breakouts after regular usage. I use it day and night and can also be used on the body.
