Nivea Milk Delights Caring Rosewater Face Wash Review

Nivea, the brand we are using for ages. I am sure we all grew up using the standard Nivea Cream which comes in a solid blue round jar. I have been personally using Nivea products and they work really good for me.
When they launched their Nivea milk delights caring rosewater face wash range, what attracted me the most was the cute and adorable packaging. But, at the same time, the term “milk” was putting me in doubt as to whether to go for this or not as I am a combination to oily skin person and what I was thinking, that milk-based cleanser can be super mild for my liking.
Let us see how Nivea Milk Delights Caring Rose Water Face Wash worked for me.

Review – Nivea Milk Delights Caring Rosewater Face Wash
My Skin Type – Combination to Oily, Highly Sensitive, and Acne-Prone Skin
Packaging – It comes in a cute squeezable tube with all the information on it. Has a flip-flop secure cap with a nozzle inside. The packaging is travel-friendly but still, because the product is in runny consistency, make sure to handle it with care.
Fragrance – Has a mild Nivea Fragrance. If you have been using Nivea products, you would know the basic calming Nivea fragrance they have it in all products.
My Experience
As I mentioned, I was in doubt whether Nivea Milk Delights Caring Rosewater Face Wash will be good enough for me because it is milk-based which can be a mild one whereas, I live in a hot, humid, and polluted city, and on top of that, I have oily skin.
I personally love deep pore cleansers which leave your skin squeaky clean, free from all the oil, dust, and pollution particles.
I started using Nivea Milk Delights Caring Rosewater Face Wash and the first thing I noticed was the consistency and texture, it is slightly runny and forms a good lather. It contains small pink microbeads which dissolve upon massaging onto skin.
The texture felt soft on the skin and after washing it off, I noticed it is not that extremely mild as I was thinking. It actually cleansed well and did a nice job. It isn’t a strong cleanser that leaves your skin squeaky clean but isn’t a super mild cleanser as well which leaves a slippery layer behind.
Nivea Milk Delights Caring Rosewater Face Wash effectively cleansed by removing the excess oil and dirt and my skin, without being dry or leaving any soapy layer behind. My skin felt clean and soft to touch.
If you are facing dryness or flaky skin, then it will be a good option as it effectively cleanses without disturbing the skin.
With the regular usage, day and night, I noticed my skin especially the cheeks are having a healthy and natural glow. Thanks to the face wash. 😇
I didn’t notice any breakout but, it is not a targeted cleanser for acne-prone or problematic skin. If you have clogged pores, pimples, and dealing with acne, then this might not be a helpful option for you as it won’t do anything to treat or reduce them.
It doesn’t have any deep pore cleansing or brightening properties, so if you have oily skin and live in a highly polluted city and your skin gets clogged easily because of dust and pollution, then this might not be the best option for you. Even though it cleanses well, does a nice job, leaves kin clean, but if you are specifically looking for a targeted cleanser for your clogged pores and pimples, then this might not work for you.
You can consider giving Neutrogena Deep Clean Facial Cleanser a try if you are dealing with acne. The formulation, I feel, is suitable for both, dry and oily skin as it neither leaves the skin dry nor leaves any slippery layer behind.
Summing Up
