A headache lowers down your work efficiency, or the pain may lead you to take medicine and go for a rest. This pain can be small or maybe a severe problem or it may affect you random but don’t ignore it and try to stop taking medicines without knowing its type. You may get affected by different types of a headache, but painkiller is not the solution for it. Painkiller gives you temporary relief, and you may again get affected by different side effects of painkiller.
Different persons are affected by different types of headache like Tension headaches, Migraines, Cluster headaches, chronic daily headaches, Primary stabbing headaches, Headaches due to referred pain and many more. In many headache cases, you need to meet your doctor, but there are some of the best home remedies that will surely relieve you from these pains.
Regular Yoga and Exercises
Yoga and exercises will surely help in keeping healthy blood pressure, circulation, relaxation, and will also heighten neurotransmitter levels. These yoga benefits can bring significant changes and will control your pain surely, but it should be done regularly and adequately. If you are living in metro cities like Delhi NCR, it will be easy for you to hire a well-trained yoga instructor at home for proper and better result.
Drink Plenty of Water
If you are affected by tension headaches or any another headache then eating some light and a healthy diet can be beneficial. Sometimes this pain also occurs due to dehydration, do try to drink plenty of water, at least 3 liters. a day, more in the morning and less evening and also, include the salad in your diet.
Take Rest and Try to Take a Nap
To relax your mind during a headache can be one of the most beneficial tasks. Drink a glass of water to make yourself cool. Release all the tension from your mind and try to take a nap. This will surely help you allot.

Try to Reduce Stress
A tense or a stressful mind and the body can lead to many types of body problem including a headache. Stress can cause blood sugar level to fluctuate rapidly, and this causes oxygen deficiency in the brain which leads to multiple types of trouble. Try to breathe shallowly when you are under stress and anxiety, and you can also take rest, drink water and try to get some light breakfast to relax.

Ginger Powder is a Good Option
¼ teaspoon of Ginger Powder can provide you much relief in the pain. Gradually you can increase the amount to ½ teaspoon. It will also help you with migraines. You can also use fresh ginger also and take it the help of hot water, or you can also take with the help of tea. Ginger can increase your body heat so make sure you are not having too much of it in a single day.
You can use an ice pack or cool washcloths to get relief from pain. Use cold pack at the forehead and behind the neck for 5-10 minutes to get the better result.
