I am a person who can do every possible step for a Healthy skin. Be it Healthy Lifestyle or Skincare Routine to follow. I feel Investing your time and efforts towards your lifestyle and skin is the best investment. In fact, we all want Clear and Glowing Skin. But let’s just accept the fact, between the polluted environment and lifestyle changes, having a healthy skin is a mission. Glowing skin is not a result of costly cosmetics only. There is our Diet, Mental Positivity, The Happiness and a Healthy Lifestyle which plays an Important Role in achieving clear skin goals.
Our Skin is like Theater Screen. Whatever Lifestyle we follow and Diet we take, all shows its result on our skin. In short, our Skin is a clear Indicator of our Lifestyle.

Most of the time, we focus on products and cosmetics to achieve clear skin and it is not wrong either. Products we use for our face matters a lot. But as mentioned, our Lifestyle plays an extreme role when it comes to having clear skin. No matter how much money you spend on cosmetics, if your lifestyle is not healthy, your skin will show it.

Let’s be honest, it is not possible for all of us to give our 100% towards healthy lifestyle and diet all the time. We all want Flawless Skin Overnight but We all love tasty fast food and flavours, we get lazy and we all get careless sometimes with our skin and lifestyle. Right? But if we follow some basic skincare and lifestyle tips, it will result in clear skin easily and naturally which we all want.
Be Stress-Free for Healthy, Clear and Glowing Skin
Keeping yourself stress-free and positive is really Important. Our tension is easily noticeable and visible on our skin. But it is ain’t easy, right? There is a lot of stress and tension in our daily life. No doubt, it can make our skin look dull. Doing what makes us happy, giving attention to our lifestyle and following some healthy lifestyle and skincare tips can easily help us to stay happy which leads to the happy, healthy and younger looking skin.
Let us see some Lifestyle Tips which can help you to achieve glowing and clear skin, positive and stress-free life and may even help you to lose weight naturally.
Healthy Lifestyle Tips for Clear and Glowing Skin
- Drink at least 4-litre water daily
How much we drink water and How we drink it, is really important. It is advised that we should drink 1 litre of water per 20kg of our body weight but even if we drink 4 litres minimum, it will fulfil all our water needs. Drinking enough water helps you to detox your body, lose weight, remove toxins and negative ions from the body and finally, clears your skin.
Start your day with drinking 2 glass of lukewarm water empty stomach. You can also add half lemon or 1 spoon of apple cider vinegar (with mother) to your morning glass of water. Drink 1 Glass of water an hour. Make sure you don’t drink much before bed because you don’t want to disturb your sleep by waking up to pee again and again.
Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother means it is raw and unfiltered which makes sure it has all the natural fibres in it. It always a healthy and better option.
- Avoid/Cut Oily and Sugary Food
Yes, it is not easy. I am myself a big foodie and can’t live without lip-smacking foods. But the moment I totally cut sugary, sweet, oily and spicy foods my diet, it resulted in the naturally glowing skin and even helps me to lose some weight. That Clear Skin and Weight Loss is now a motivator for me which helps me to avoid oily and sugar food as much as possible. Yes, I cheat sometimes like once in a month but most of the time, I stick with the no-sugar diet. Give it a try, avoid as much as you can and you will feel the difference.
- Keep Your Hands Clean
Your hands are the carriers. If they are dirty, all the bacteria is going into your body. Take a minute, and realize how many times a day you touch your skin? We hold our mobile phones all the time, we use the toilet, we hold money notes and what not we do with our hands. Between all this, dirt and bacteria are transferred to our hands and finally to our skin. So make sure, you keep your hands clean. - Drink 1 Cup of Green Tea Daily
I know, it doesn’t taste well. But believe me, including 1 cup of Herbal Tea or Green Tea in your routine can change your life. And once you get habitual like me, you can’t think your life without it. It is loaded with antioxidants and flush out all the toxins from your body making your skin look younger and clear.
- Cut down on Alchohol and Smoking
I know this point won’t get much of attention. Because those who are habitual of it, will not be able to avoid it and those who don’t drink or smoke, are already proud of them. Drinking and Smoking have obvious effects on health, but it can cause serious skin issues. It can lead early skin ageing with multiple other issues. If you want glowing skin naturally, avoid drinking alcohol and smoke as much as possible.
- Go out and Inhale Fresh Air
Letting our skin breathe is really important. When our skin comes in contact with fresh air and nature, it heals itself. Spending 30-45 minutes daily in fresh air either in morning or evening relaxes our senses which ultimately is visible on our skin. We feel fresh, we feel positive and stress-free which makes our skin looks happy. But don’t forget to wear your sunscreen. 😄
- Go for 45 minutes of walk daily
Physical Activity is important. But I am not talking about joining a gym or doing heavy load workouts. Giving your time to 30-45 minutes of walk daily can Improve your Skin Health. Walking improves our blood circulation and brings our whole body to work mode, which results in sweat making our skin beautiful naturally.
Well, the list doesn’t end here. There are a lot of other things which contribute towards clear skin. In fact, each positive step we take results in healthy skin. But the above mentioned are Must-Follow Rules for Glowing and Clear Skin Naturally.
