However, the Korean Skin Care Routine is believed to be very effective in taking care of your skin and protect it from pollution and other problems.

The Skincare Routine

Korean women are considered to be the ones who spend the required amount of time to take care of their skin and this trend is being followed by women around the world too. The skincare routine that the Korean women follow involves 10 steps.

The Korean Skin Care Routine is believed to produce obvious results even on a woman with a rare genetic skin condition, which did not respond to any other skin treatments.

But having said ten steps you might be wondering how long it would take for you to follow the steps. There is no need to worry. Firstly, because the steps are not going to take much of your time and it is not necessary to follow all the steps on one single day.
The Korean Method

The Ten Step Korean Method for Alluring Skin includes

Step 1: Oil Cleanse

This refers to the process of oil or a balm cleanser to clear your face off the make-up and grime. You can choose the oil that best suits you starting from coconut oil or opt for an oil-based cleanser. The oil-based cleanser not only helps to remove the makeup completely but also helps to remove oil-based debris like grime which settles down on your skin due to pollution.

Step 2: Use Water Base Cleanse

When you cleanse just once, there will still be a lot of impurities that are clinging to your skin. You can remove these if you stick to the routine of cleansing with an oil base and then following it up with an aqua-based cleanser.

Step 3: Exfoliating

This process will help you to clean the clogged pores in your skin and it clears away the dead skin as well. Depending on the type of skin and how sensitive it is, as well as how fast you develop dead skin, you could follow the exfoliation regimen ranging from once a week to two-three times a week.

Step 4: Using a Toner

The cleansing routine could leave your skin dry and fragile. To make up for the moisture you lose as well as to ensure skin health, you use a toner. An additional reason for using a toner is to make the skin ready to absorb the treatments that follow better.

Step 5: Essence

The essence is a treatment product that is similar to the toner and one of the most important makeup item that is a Must in Korean Skin Care Routine. It is watery in consistency than serum and is applied like the toner.

Step 6: Serum, boosters, or Ampoule Treatment

These treatments need to be followed only if you have any specific skin problem or pigmentation issues.

Step 7: Applying Mask

The masks are of different types- hydrating, exfoliating, brightening, etc. This again is not a regular routine and you can choose the mask depending on the expected results.

Step 8: Applying Eye Cream

This cream will take care of your under-eye concerns such as dark circles, wrinkles, fine lines, etc.

Step 9: Using Face Cream

The face cream you choose must be able to keep your skin hydrated apart from SPF.

Step 10: SPF

This refers to protection from the harsh sun rays during the day. It is one of the Korean Skin Care Routine that differentiates this method from others.
