My Shopping Experience from  IGP.COM

The First Look

Whenever it comes to gifting, all of us think something attractive and fancy, exactly like Archies. We all love the charm of Archies when it comes to gifting. Similarly, the first look of IGP made me excited and is attractive enough to grab the attention. Bright Colors, Category Mentions, Images, Navigation Menu and everything 🙂 I loved the appearance.

Next, I started exploring all the categories and I’m completely satisfied with the huge variety. From Eatables to Home Decor, Fashion Stuff, Beauty, Toys and Games, Personalised Section, Stationary and all other exciting stuff 😇 We can explore according to product categories or by occasions such as Valentine Gifts for Boyfriend, Valentine Gifts for Girlfriend, Gifts for Mom & Dad, Gifts for Him & Her in General, Birthday Gifts, Gifts for Couples or anything.  Really, IGP offers you great gift ideas to choose from.

What I Picked from IGP

Home and Living section grabbed my attention and after exploring all the varieties, I finally picked Personalized Birthday Mug for my brother, A Bold Chain Style Bracelet (again for my brother’s birthday) and Multipurpose Cup Set.

Stuff from IGP

The only negative thing here I felt was, there was no preview option available in the personalized section. And I guess preview option is the most important thing when it comes to customized gifting. You really want to see how well the image or text is looking on the product. I still ordered that customized mug with the image and text on it and was hoping for the best. 😃

Ease of Payment and Delivery Time

Payment on IGP is super convenient. Can be paid by either Cards, Net Banking, Wallets or PayPal. There was no COD option available and I don’t know if it because of the current monetary situation or why. For me, this was not an issue at all because I never opt for COD. I always make my payments online. The delivery time mentioned on the site was 3-4 Business Days. I placed my order on 18th of January,17 and I received it on 22nd of January,17 (pretty good) except the personalized mug. I received that mug a bit late, that is on 1st February,17. Maybe because it was customized, I got it late. The best part was, no extra shipping charges for standard delivery. I feel so happy when I don’t have to pay any extra shipping charges. 😇

Quality of Products I Received

I absolutely loved the packaging and quality of products except for that Personalized Mug. Talking about the bracelet and multi-purpose cups first, I love their quality and they were same as displayed on the website. Packaging was super safe & secure, and I received everything in good condition. I’m enjoying those Keyboard Style Cups 😃

Now, about the personalized mug, I’m a bit disappointed. The color of the mug on their website was cyan blue and I received it with more green tones on it. The image was cropped with a slight improper alignment. Also, there was a filter effect on the image, like we add filters to our images. So the personalized section needs some improvement here 😉
